1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, creating an account, or using Savira, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use Savira on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. What Savira is
Savira is an app for couples that lets them keep a counter of their relationship, save important dates, memories, notes, and photos, receive reminders, and share all of it privately with their partner. Some features are free and others require a Savira Premium subscription (section 5).
3. Who can use Savira
Savira is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. By using the app you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect a minor's account, we may close it.
4. Your account and your Couple Space
- You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your password and access to your email secure.
- You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. Let us know immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
- Couple Space. You can link your account with your partner's to share content. What you save in the shared Space is visible to both of you. Each of you keeps your own account and can unlink as described in the app.
- An account is personal; do not share it among several people or transfer it to third parties.
5. Subscriptions, payments, and renewal
Savira offers the Savira Premium subscription, which unlocks additional features for you and your partner. A single payment activates Premium for the shared Space.
- Plans and price. Premium is offered as a monthly and an annual plan. The applicable price, duration, and currency are shown within the app before you confirm the purchase, according to your region.
- Free trial. We may offer a free trial period (for example, 7 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the stated price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is made within the 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account at the time of purchase and on each renewal.
- Management and cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your store account settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid. Since "both enjoy it, one manages it", the subscription is managed from the store account of whoever made the purchase.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed through the stores; refund requests are governed by Apple's or Google's policies. In general, payments are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance; the new price will not apply without your consent where the store or the law requires it.
6. Your content
The content you create in Savira — dates, memories, notes, and photos — is yours. We do not claim ownership of it. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process, and display that content to you and your partner in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the right to do so. We never use your memories, notes, or photos for advertising, nor do we analyze them for commercial purposes (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Acceptable use
By using Savira you agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or that you do not have permission to share.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
- Interfere with the app's operation, compromise its security, or reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our authorization.
8. Intellectual property
Savira, its name, logo, design, software, and content (except the content you create) are the property of Savira or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms. No other rights are transferred to you.
9. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We recommend reading it.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Savira and delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Sensitive zone → Delete account) or by writing to us. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect other people or Savira. When your account is closed, your access to the app and to your content ends in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions are governed by the corresponding store's policies.
11. Disclaimers
Savira is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet specific expectations. Savira does not replace personal judgment in your relationship; reminders and other features are offered as support, with no guarantee of results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, such as those arising from your rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or regulations change. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know within the app. Continued use of Savira after the changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, unless applicable law provides for another forum.
15. App store terms
When you download Savira from an app store, you also accept that store's terms. In addition:
- These terms are an agreement between you and Savira only, not with Apple or Google. Savira, and not the store, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- The store has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the app; that support is provided by Savira.
- In the event that the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify the store and, where applicable, the store may refund the purchase price; to the extent permitted by law, the store will have no other warranty obligation.
- Savira is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the app, including product liability claims and claims for infringement of intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an embargo and that you are not on any restricted-parties list, in accordance with applicable law.
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC, together with their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to the use of the app and may enforce them against you.
